    we need to declared them manually. This in turn requires to declare the copy constructor/assignment as well.

    - Add default constructors as they are not implicitly declared anymore
    - Declare selected classes as final
    - Add noexcept specifier to constructors
    - Fixup gmock/gtest warnings
